A New Brand Built on Service - and Consistency

When United Community Bank first opened its doors in 1950 it was a small bank with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Today, the bank boasts more than 100 locations across four states. The bank needed a marketing team that could handle its increased workload and help it continue to grow. In 2013, Crawford Strategy stepped in to help.

Our team established system-wide brand standards, implemented a comprehensive communications strategy, and designed hundreds of ads, brochures, posters, and other supporting collateral pieces. We also established and implemented a PR plan for the bank’s entire footprint. We created an extensive library of marketing templates, and helped launch two new service lines. Today, we continue to provide a full complement of services for UCB, helping to build the bank’s brand and supporting its continued growth.
